All inclusive game dev expo with panels, talks, and an expo hall filled with indie games made by creators of color.
The 2018 Game Devs of Color Expo is open to people of all genders, races, abilities, sexual orientations, and religions. We are committed to ensuring that this event is inclusive to all. For example, the venue is wheelchair accessibile, live captions will be displayed for all talks and presentations, and gender-neutral restrooms will be available.
Radiance is a NEW New Jersey event with the objective of giving New Jersey – but most importantly, the Tristate Area – a new venue to host HUGE and MEMORABLE events for all to reminisce on!
We have partnered with The Club At Woodbridge in authorizing the use of their HUGE venue, numerous rooms for events, and many more added benefits!
We will be hosting Smash 4 Singles & Doubles, Melee Singles, DBFZ, YuGiOh, and Dragonball Super TCG tournaments! We may also run more side-events if time isn’t an issue so stay tuned for that!

Every Tuesday night from 7pm to Midnight our 7,000 sqft Community Center is flipped into a large scale arcade.
Superchief Arcade provides the E3 environment: giant 25ft projection screens, DJs, a museum’s worth of retro games, VR and Mobile VR – all set to free play.
The Superchief Arcade Nights feature five 15 foot to 25 foot wide projection screens, two Virtual Reality gaming stations and a large array of old school SEGA-style video games. Our Arcade Nights give you the best of gaming from the 1960s low-bit games played on retro TV sets, to the present day hyperreal VR game experiences. On July 20th, 21st and 22nd, the Crowne Plaza Hotel will open its doors to welcome the Fighting Game Community Defend The North (DTN2018), a major fighting game tournament.
New York City consists of a diverse gaming community that has grown substantially over the previous years. As you may know, New York City is a tourist attraction and we believe that it can be a great destination for gamers who travel to these tournaments year round. DTN2018 will provide a venue that will advertise to players and spectators of all levels.
Both players and spectators will have the opportunity to enjoy competitive fighting gameplay as well as additional events that will occur simultaneously. They will also enjoy the opportunity to play and watch the best of the East Coast, as we try to defend our home court.

Immerse yourself in nothing but Street Fighter III 3rd Strike & come to I Fix Machine for the first ever Random Select Weekend! The goal of this two-day event is to give all participants an opportunity to play as much arcade perfect 3S as possible. To that end, iFM will have FOUR head to head Versus City cabs and TWO superguns running nothing but 3S all weekend! In addition to plenty of casuals, we’re also holding random seeding, single game, single elimination 1 v 1 tournaments on Saturday and a 3 v 3 Pokemon style team tournament on Sunday. So whether you’re from out of town or live in the New York area, this is a great chance to practice for future 3S events like Summer Jam, The Fall Classic, and Cooperation Cup!
