CGNY is excited to announce our first BYOC Overwatch Tournament! Produced in partnership with NYXL, we will be hosting a 64 player FFA Death Match Tournament and an all day BYOC LAN party on Saturday, June 30th, starting at 10AM.
Prize Pool:
There will be a $500 cash prize and for the tournament provided by NYXL. The top 2 players will also win jerseys and get VIP access to an official NYXL event in July! Full details to be announced soon.

Format:
Each match will have 8 players playing in a Free For All style format. In total, we’ll have 8 matches of 8 players each. The top 4 players from each match will advance to the next round. Prizing is as follows:
1st: $200 + NYXL VIP access & jersey
2nd: $100 + NYXL VIP access & jersey
3rd: $70
4th: $50
5th: $20
6th: $20
7th: $20
8th: $20

Welcome to the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate release party at the NYXL pop-up shop in Brooklyn! It’s an honor to work alongside an Overwatch League team to bring events like this to the Tristate Smash community. Let’s let them know exactly how awesome our scene is!
Come drop in any time after 2 pm on the day the game drops to get matches in on one of the 15+ consoles (or bring your own!) to start learning the new game alongside some of NYC’s best players–or just to have fun!
We’ll be giving away cool merch all day, especially to those who unlock characters on the systems ?
