Dedicated, highly skilled, and community oriented, Beatboxers and Smashers share a passion for competition that will be on full display as some of the world’s premier talent go head-to-head to be crowned NYC’s best.
An all ages event, Smash Sounds features opportunities for all attendees to try their hand at Super Smash Bros or Beatbox at our open mic. Featuring arcade games, ping pong, live music, food, drinks, dancing and lots of surprises, Smash Sounds offers something fun for the whole family.

Gameacon is the only conference of its kind — one that combines the business-to-business networking and educational opportunities of the GDC with the entertainment and public feedback aspects of Magfest or Pax.
