SPECIFICALLY FOR INDEPENDENT GAME DEVELOPERS AND GAMING FANS
Gameacon is the only conference of its kind — one that combines the business-to-business networking and educational opportunities of the GDC with the entertainment and public feedback aspects of Magfest or Pax. And it all focuses exclusively on independent game developers from around the world. Our mission is to promote independent artists in game creation by providing a space for them to showcase their work, the opportunity to reach an audience who craves to see it, and a forum to learn from each other.
Features: cosplay, game arcade, tournaments, LARPing, contests, presentations and panels, and more!
Please note that there are different passes available for sale – general admission and industry. Check the Gameacon website for more details and to purchase passes.
Celebrating Gaming, Game Developers, and Gamers of all kinds
Gameacon celebrates the artistry of games and game creation. That’s what our name stands for – The Game Arts Conference. If you love video games, board games, esports, LARPing or the geek culture that surrounds it, then you will love Gameacon.
