Super Smash Bros Ultimate joins Project M for Monday nights at Level 1 Games! Be some of the first to jump into the competitive scene for Ultimate, or join the grassroots scene of Project M! Either way, Level 1 Games is the place to be on Monday nights!

8:00 – Smash Ultimate bracket begins
8:00 – Project M bracket begins

*Venue fee will be waived for people who bring a full Ultimate setup. What is a full setup?

– Legitimate copy of Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Illegitimate copies will not be used for tournament play.
– HDMI cable
– Nintendo GameCube Controller Adapter
– Monitor or TV with 10ms or less of delay (message me in advance if you don’t have a monitor, I might have extra for the event)

-There is a 4 game limit (3 spots left) for community run side tournaments and a 3 game limit (2 spots left) for arcade side tournaments. You must bring your own equipment. If you want to run a side tournament, please contact the Big E Gaming Facebook Page for approval. It’s on a first come, first serve basis. Once the community run side tournaments are approved, player’s must contact the community contact via our website to sign up. The links will go up on www.bigegaming.com Big E Gaming cannot add you to community-based sign ups.

IMPORTANT RULES REGARDING CONTROLLERS:

– PlayStation 4, only DUALSHOCK 4 can be used
– All converters, except for the XCM Crossfire 3.0 and Brook super converters, are banned on PS4. You must use an USB extension cable with your Brook converter to prevent damage to our consoles’ controller ports.
– Cronus Max Plus and Titan One is prohibited.
– Legacy PS3 controllers are banned for Street Fighter V.

16 players or more – 70/20/10 Payout
12 to 15 players – 80/20 Payout
11 or less – Winner Take All Payout

-Payouts with Pot Bonuses – Big E Gaming reserves the right to payout up to 4 weeks after the event.

-If Pot bonuses are provided by a 3rd Party, the player will be notified of time frame for payout via email.

-Medals are given out on Sunday, February 24, 2019.

-Big E Gaming is not responsible if the player does not claim their medal.

-If medal must be shipped to the player, the player is responsible for shipping.

Player has a 60 day grace period to claim their medal.

EVENT AND STREAM SCHEDULE:

POOL ASSIGNMENTS & BRACKETS:
Will be posted and made public after pre-registration ends.

VOLUNTEERS:
-All volunteers must complete an application. Volunteers must pre-register online.
-Staff Meetings are mandatory. If you don’t check in, you will not receive a refund.
-Volunteers will receive food and snacks, raffle tickets for volunteer’s raffle for staff prizes, and a staff shirt.
-Big Ticket Item (i.e. Arcade Stick) will be awarded to a MVP volunteer on Sunday, presented along with last raffle.
