A Smash Ultimate Event

• Onsite Registration Ends: 7:00 pm
• Ultimate Singles start time: 7:30 pm

• Admin Fee: $5 (all money collected goes to help paying Encore’s bills during this time)
• Bracket Fee: $5

• Participating players must be from New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania, and must connect to the tournament using a LAN adapter.
• If a poor connection is preventing a set from being completed, the players must stop the match and report the issue before the score is reported. If a player’s connection is unstable, they are subject to game losses and disqualification. If the players cannot agree to who is causing the issue, both players will run a speedtest via speedtest.net to determine the cause of the problem.
• Account registration through smash.gg is required. You must whisper your opponent via smash.gg to ensure correct matchmaking.
• The #wifi-tournament channel in the Encore Esports discord can be used to contact tournament staff. (Join link: https://discord.gg/Ta3RqGW)
• The online match lobby will always be hosted by the higher seeded player (unless otherwise agreed upon)
• The check-in auto DQ timer is 5 minutes, this does not apply to tournament matches that are marked for stream viewing.
• If both players have checked in for their match and the match is unable to be played for any reason, the offending player will be DQ’ed after 10 minutes. -If a poor connection is preventing the completion
• All tournament sets will be best of 3, with the exception of Winners, Losers, and Grand Finals being a best of 5.
